NotNico Claude Gateway — Effective July 27, 2026
The NotNico Claude Gateway (the "Application") is a private, internal-use integration operated by NicoBlox LLC on behalf of NotNico Studios LLC, Nico Media LLC, NicoBlox LLC, and Nico World LLC (collectively, the "Companies"). This policy describes how the Application handles data.
The Application reads accounting data from the Companies' own QuickBooks Online accounts through Intuit's API, on a read-only basis. It accesses no data belonging to any person or business outside the Companies.
The Application stores OAuth credentials (tokens) required to maintain its connection to QuickBooks Online. Tokens are stored on access-restricted infrastructure controlled by the Companies. Accounting data is retrieved on demand and is not retained by the Application.
Data accessed by the Application is used solely by authorized personnel of the Companies and their AI assistant tooling. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
Access to the Application is restricted by network-level allowlisting, bearer-token authentication, and TLS encryption in transit.
