NotNico Claude Gateway — Effective July 27, 2026
The NotNico Claude Gateway (the "Application") is a private, internal-use software integration operated by NicoBlox LLC on behalf of NotNico Studios LLC, Nico Media LLC, NicoBlox LLC, and Nico World LLC (collectively, the "Companies"). It connects the Companies' own QuickBooks Online accounts to an AI assistant used by authorized personnel of the Companies.
Use of the Application is limited to personnel expressly authorized by the Companies. The Application is not offered to the public, is not distributed, and no license is granted to any third party.
The Application provides read-only access to the Companies' own accounting data through Intuit's QuickBooks Online API. It does not create, modify, or delete accounting records.
The Application is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, for internal business use only.
